Ethiopia Geruke

This is an easy-going Ethiopian coffee that’s delicate, summery and floral. It’s the kind of coffee that’d wear linen to a summer wedding, or play the clarinet in a chilled four piece jazz band.

It comes from the Geruke Mazoriya Cooperative which has been going since 1977. The coffee is hand picked to make sure only the ripe cherries are selected before being washed, fermented and dried. The result is this bangin’ brew that we know you’re gonna dig. Morning cup of filter, French press, cold brew, this single can do it all.
