Now this is one very persuasive Peruvian right here. Loaded chock full of vibrant zestiness this single origin coffee is bold, and kinda sassy. It hails from a small cooperative near Cajamarca in north west Peru. The area is abundant with wildlife, and so the organic farming methods are not only working towards keeping the soils and plants in tip-tip condition, but also in a way that helps protect the wild population of spectacled bears, jaguars, and peccaries.

But as well as making sure Paddington’s blood line continues, this coffee tastes hella good too. It’s got a light milk chocolatiness that runs through it, and an explosion of bright, lime-like acidity. There’s some stone fruit flavours in there too - think nectarine - and a solid medium body making this absolutely knockout for drinking all morning long. If this coffee was dancing, it’d be all in the hips.
