The Brushworks cup by Tuesday Ceramics. A handmade, handless cup thrown on the wheel. The cups come in 3 different size variations: 5oz, 6oz & 7oz, each one made using white stoneware clay.
On the outside is the hand-painted 'Brushworks' pattern, which plays with rough/smooth texture. Brushworks uses a glossy black glaze pattern to highlight the beauty and colour of the unglazed clay. A transparent glaze has then been used on the inside and along the top edge of the cup to make it nice to drink from.
Good size for espressos, flat whites or long blacks
Signed ‘Tuesday Ceramics’ on the bottom
Fired at a high temperature, so it’s hygienic for food/drink usage
Each cup is made by hand, so each one looks slightly different
About Tuesday Ceramics was set up by local potter, Sarah Gane. She loves patterns, playing with clay and living by the sea. Everything she makes is one of a kind.
