This coffee is soaked in juiciness and intensity. There’s a real mouth-watering tinned peaches syrupyness to this coffee. And I don’t think we’re over-selling it here. It’s delicious. We’ve been banging this one through the coffee pot in the roastery for a few weeks now and it’s going down a storm.

All this wild flavour comes from the anaerobic fermentation process the coffee undergoes after harvesting. This processing method allows for some of the more boozy and funky notes to materialise. Put simply. This is a bright, juicy coffee that hits all the right notes.
