We like this one from Hario because it holds 750ml, fits in the fridge door easily, and is super simple to use. The mesh that holds the coffee grounds is fine enough that you don’t get any grounds passing through, and is easily removed once it’s brewed to your liking.

Also, as far as the adulting side of things goes, it can be washed really easily too - no awkward areas that are hard to clean, and all parts can be put through the dishwasher too.
