Shipping policy
Online Postal Deliveries
Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are currently shipping out on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. There is a flat rate of £3.50 per order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is standard for all our Bad Hand Coffee subscriptions.
Buy Now For In-Store Collection
Some items are only available to collect from our roastery. Buy online and collect from The Tasting Room, open Tue-Fri. 8am-3pm and Sat. 9am-4pm. CLOSED Sun/Mon.
International Orders
We are unable to ship outside of the UK at the moment, but we hope to offer this service soon. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Payments
For online orders, any information we collect will be used to process and fulfil your coffee order. Our shop is hosted on Shopify, which processes all payments securely. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We do not store your payment information on our website at any time.
