Here at Bad Hand, we pride ourselves on transparency - whether that's our sourcing ethics, eco credentials or our business practices. So, we've outlined our Terms and Conditions for BadHandCoffee.com below.

By using this site or shopping with us you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them through carefully and, as always, if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to give us a shout.

Click + Collect

Pick up your coffee from the warehouse throughout the week using our Click + Collect service. Just choose the pick-up option and we'll let you know by email when your order is ready to collect. The warehouse is open from 9-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9-3 Friday.

Trade orders

All of the Bad Hand Coffee blends and single origin coffees are available to buy wholesale in 2kg or 5kg reusable tubs. There is no minimum order or additional charge for delivery.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we want to keep our carbon footprint to an absolute minimum. This means our team delivers locally using our trusty cargo bike or the Bad Hand electric van. This way we can drop the coffee off and check your equipment at the same time, if we need to.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love our coffee as much as we do, but if you do have any unexpected problems, please contact us straight away so we can try our best to help.

All orders are final and will be processed according to the information you supply. If you receive your order and something is incorrect or not what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into this for you.
