Our second journal project has landed, Bad Hand Volume Two. In it we explore the theme of patience. You know how it is, good things come to those who wait and all that. But here we look beyond the obvious, prod a bit deeper. You’ll read features about surf photography, restoration and ceramics, but also take a deep dive into the local bakery scene, learn tips to get the best out of your coffee, and learn how the coffee service playing field is being leveled.
Profiles include Gary Knights, Lauren Marina, para-canoe athlete Jack Eyers, and ceramic artist Homethrown Studio. Volume Two also dips into the production of some killer coffee from Timor-Leste, and a little piece on the Bad Hand backstory.
