By using this site or shopping with us you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them through carefully and, as always, if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to give us a shout.
Payments
For online orders, any information we collect will be used to process and fulfil your coffee order. Our shop is hosted on Shopify, which processes all payments securely. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We do not store your payment information on our website at any time.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are currently shipping out on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. There is a flat rate of £3.50 per order.
International orders: we are unable to ship outside of the UK at the moment, but we hope to offer this service soon. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Click + Collect
Pick up your coffee from the warehouse throughout the week using our Click + Collect service. Just choose the ‘pick up’ option and we’ll let you know by email when your order is ready to collect. The warehouse is open from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Trade orders
All of the Bad Hand Coffee blends and single origin coffees are available to buy wholesale in 2kg or 5kg reusable tubs. There is no minimum order or additional charge for delivery.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we want to keep our carbon footprint to an absolute minimum. This means our team delivers locally using our trusty cargo bike or the Bad Hand electric van. This way we can drop the coffee off and check your equipment at the same time, if we need to.
Returns and refunds
We want you to love our coffee as much as we do, but if you do have any unexpected problems, please contact us straight away so we can try our best to help.
All orders are final and will be processed according to the information you supply. If you receive your order and something is incorrect or not what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into this for you.
