Nicaragua Ojo De Agua

It’s been a while since we have had a coffee with this kind of flavour profile. It comes from one of the highest growing regions in Nicaragua, Mozonte. There’s a crisp green apple freshness going on, followed up with a silky milk chocolate and caramel finish.

In our morning batch brews we’ve been getting the more gentle toffee apple kinda tones, but as an espresso you get a proper punch in the chops from the green apple acidity (Nick would probably try and convince you it tastes exactly like Apple Sourz.) We’ll just say that at a time of year when everything tends to get a bit heavier, this single origin coffee from Nicaragua offers a little light relief.
